Order Processing
All Parts sales are Final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. In the event of product damage or defects, please contact us upon receiving your order to file a claim. The return period for claims is within 10 days of purchase
We do not accept returns for purchases made by customer error. We recommend to ensure which direction of the motor / blower wheel is prior to ordering, type of switch etc. If you require assistance to determine this, please contact our service department at service@redmandistributing.com.
